We use EL and EW Replacement Flashings when replacing old roof windows manufactured before April 2001 which allows them to be replaced without disturbing the interior finish of the room, saving time and money. When installing new windows we also use a BFX 1000 Underfelt Collar which is made from diffusion open material to minimise risk of condensation and to ensure a weathertight seal between the roof window and roof.

I found Leon through Velux certified installer on the Velux website, he responded quickly to my enquiry. I was a bit pushed for time as there was a short rental gap and Leon understood and agreed to carry out the work before the new tenants moved in, weather permitting.
